We started Appmacboost in 2019 because we were tired of seeing businesses struggle with websites that looked nice but didn't deliver results.

Our small team in Zürich focuses on creating websites that help Swiss businesses grow. We don't chase trends or promise miracles. We build solid, functional websites that serve your customers and make your life easier.

How We Got Here

Back in 2019, I was working as a freelance developer, mostly fixing websites that other agencies had built. The pattern was always the same. Beautiful designs that nobody could update. Complex systems that broke every few months. Clients paying thousands for sites they couldn't actually use.

So I started Appmacboost with a different approach. Build things that work. Make them easy to maintain. Explain everything in plain language. Don't overcomplicate.

We're still small, which is intentional. Eight people who actually care about the work. No account managers who've never written a line of code. No sales teams promising features we can't deliver.

Lead Developer & Founder

I've been writing code for Swiss businesses since 2014. Started Appmacboost because I wanted to build websites the right way. No cutting corners, no overpromising, no corporate nonsense.

Most of my time goes into solving technical problems and making sure our clients actually understand what we're building for them. I also handle the training sessions because I think it's important for clients to feel confident managing their own sites.

Outside of work, I'm usually hiking somewhere in the Alps or arguing with my team about the best way to structure CSS. It's a good life.

Simple Steps, Better Results

We start every project with a discovery call where we figure out what you actually need. Not what we want to sell you. What will genuinely help your business.

Then we build a prototype. Something functional you can click through and test. This catches problems early when they're easy to fix, not after we've spent weeks building the wrong thing.

Development happens in stages with regular check-ins. You see progress every week. Give feedback. Make changes. We adjust as we go rather than revealing everything at the end and hoping you like it.

Before launch, we train you properly. Walk through everything. Answer all your questions. Make sure you're comfortable. Then we stay available for the inevitable "how do I..." questions that come up later.
